Troy All-in-One is specially designed to include different working modes for all motor vehicle sizes, including passenger cars, light or heavy commercial vehicles. The part to be cleaned needs to be carefully removed from the vehicle without damage, and fixed into the washing machine, hose connections are made to the gas inlet of the part in a way that does not allow leakage with smart adapters. In order to understand the clogging rate of the part, the difference is reported as a standard procedure by performing a back pressure test before and after cleaning. The cleaning process is done by using heated cleaning agent, with different washing programs operating at different fluid flow rates for each vehicle type. The machine has features such as lateral churning, intermittent sudden pressure increase circulation (spitting) and high frequency vibration.
